MICHAEL BASTIAN: SHOW DIRECTOR

Role: Creative Director, Show Producer, and Brand Consultant

CFDA Menswear Designer of the Year recipient Michael Bastian collaborated with Stefan Campbell on his New York Fashion Week runway presentations for twelve seasons. The themes for his collections ranged from artist Andrew Wyeth, the California luxe of Bel Air, to the immortal James Dean and 1980s Fire Island decadence. Stefan conceptualized every show, from creating the music, lighting and show design to hiring the casting teams. The shows, with there unique visual vocabulary, helped audiences, consumers and editors connect with each season’s direction.
